Bookend Transition Services provide one trusted team to guide your entire transition, from downsizing and preparing your home for sale to packing, moving, unpacking, and settling into your new home. It's our signature service for clients who want support every step of the way.
While you're away, I'll care for your home as if it were my own. From organizing projects and pet care to plant care, mail collection, refrigerator stocking, and home management, you'll return to a refreshed, beautifully cared-for home.
We offer a variety of packages based on the size and scope of your project. During your complimentary consultation, I'll recommend the option that best fits your goals, timeline, and budget.
I'll take time to understand your goals, answer your questions, assess your space, and recommend a personalized plan designed specifically for your needs. There's no pressure or obligation.
Every project is different. Some can be completed in a single session, while others may take several days or weeks. We'll provide a realistic timeline during your consultation.
Do I need to be home during sessions?
Not always. Some clients prefer to work alongside us, while others trust us to work independently after we've established a plan. We'll determine what works best for you.
Will you make me get rid of my belongings?

We're based in Sioux Falls and proudly serve clients throughout South Dakota, Minnesota, and northwest Iowa. Nationwide travel is available for select services, including our Vacation Paradise Home Concierge.
